TASPRA is a one-person AI and data engineering studio operating at backbazaar.com. The data controller for this site is the individual operating TASPRA. Contact: admin@backbazaar.com

📥 What we collect

We collect only what’s necessary to operate this site and fulfil your requests:

• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message when you use the contact form. Stored in WPForms and optionally forwarded to our email.
• Purchase information — name, email, and payment processing data when you buy a product. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Gumroad / Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
• Account data — email and password if you create a store account.
• Usage analytics — page visits, referrer, and device type via anonymised analytics if enabled. No personal identifiers are stored.
• Cookies — session cookies for the store, analytics cookies if accepted. See our Cookie Policy.

🎯 Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form
• To process and fulfil digital product purchases
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download links)
• To operate and improve the site
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone except the processors listed below.

• Hostinger — web hosting (India/EU infrastructure)
• WPForms — contact form data storage
• WooCommerce — store and order management
• Gumroad / Stripe — payment processing for digital products

Each processor has their own privacy policy. We only share what’s necessary for them to perform their function.

⏱️ How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: 12 months unless an ongoing project requires longer
• Purchase records: 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Account data: Until you request deletion
• Analytics data: Aggregated only; no individual retention

⚖️ Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
• Object to processing
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
